Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.
If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 15 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus both original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time; therefore, we reduce refunds for returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery or not received at our returns processing facility within 30 days.
Your refund will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase and includes any customs, tariffs, and taxes originally paid on the order. You can expect for your refund to be issued back to the form of payment used to make your purchase within 5 - 7 business days from the date that the package arrives at our international shipping facility.
Once your credit is issued, we will notify you via email with the details of your refund. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company it can take up to 5 business days from the date your refund is issued for it to be processed.
